Rice & Kendig, a personal injury law firm nestled in the heart of Shreveport, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a creative and strategic thinker who can enhance our firm’s market presence and drive growth.
Compensation:
$26/hr full-time employee

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with our firm’s objectives through one-on-one meetings with firm owners.
- Generate, manage, and oversee the creation of marketing materials, including digital content, brochures, and advertisements.
- Utilize Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere) to create engaging visual content.
- Oversee and manage our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn), ensuring consistent and effective communication.
- Utilize Meta Business Suite for targeted advertising and audience engagement.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors for marketing campaigns.
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Appropriately manage allocated marketing budget.
- Plan and manage marketing events and initiatives.
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in marketing, preferably in the legal sector.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
- Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
