The defendant produced an adverse expert medical opinion that the wreck did not cause the injury aggravation. After a four-hour deposition of the defense medical expert, the defendant’s expert eventually agreed to the plaintiff's position on how the injury and symptoms were caused.

## Resolution:

Mediated settlement of $2M with primary insurance carrier as well as additional $2M from excess insurance carrier.
