What You’ll Do

• Manage personal injury litigation cases from intake through trial
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and trial documents
• Coordinate medical records, witness prep, and discovery responses
• Support attorneys in depositions, mediations, and court proceedings
• Maintain organized case files and stay ahead of deadlines
• Collaborate with a close-knit, high-performing legal team

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience (PI preferred)
• Skilled in Microsoft Office & case management software
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Self-starter who can manage cases with minimal supervision
