Car Accident Settlement — $1 Million Policy Limit

Case Description:

An 84-year-old client was on the way to church when the defendant’s vehicle turned left in front of her, causing a t-bone collision. She suffered multiple injuries, including broken ribs, a shoulder injury, and pre-existing injury aggravation, forcing her to go to a rehab facility to help with her mobility.
